Would like to copy my MAIL MERGE RECIPIENT LIST to a floppy, but it won't copy in the format it is in. NOTE: simple answers are all I can use . Thank you. Why won't it copy? For example: . Is the file too large? . How are you trying to save the file to the disk? . Are you trying to copy the mailmerge source file, or the mailmerge output file? . Do you have other files on the disk that can be deleted? .
