I have some users on Exchange who have access to see each others contacts.
When the user tries to do Mail Merge, they are unable to see the other user's
contacts folder.  They can only see their own under their mailbox.  Is there
anyway around this?

If they initiate the merge from Outlook, they may be able to see the other
contact lists.

See the "Mailmerge from Outlook" item on fellow MVP Graham Mayor's website

Thank you, Doug.  I will try this and let you know.
