Mail Merge not all the letters are printing?

When printing a large group using the mail merge in Word some of the letters
don't print. I can go in and print them manually but that is a pain. How do
I get it to print all the letters correctly?

Is there a pattern to the letters that do not print? For example, every
other letter? That would be caused by the use of a <<Next Record>> field
where it is not required?
