I have set up a Mail Merge with AddressBlock, GreetingLine and another
inserted field - everything comes out fine except the GreetingLine....what am
I doing wrong?  I am using Word 2003.

If you execute the merge to a new document, can you see the greeting line?

I am not sure that it will make a difference in your case, but as many
people have other troubles with the AddressBlock, instead of using it, just
insert the mergefields that you want to use in the configuration that you
want.
