Create a catalog (or in Word XP and 2003, it's called Directory) type
mailmerge and then use the information in the
article "Finding and replacing characters using wildcards" at:
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/UsingWildcards.htm
To remove the duplicates. Then save and use that file as the datasource.
