How do I email a Word2000 document without the recipient being able to view
all my documents merely by clicking on File/Open?  I only  need them to see
the one document I created.  Please help if you can.  Thanks.

Hi bb,

How are you emailing the document?  Unless you are attaching the folder that
contains the document to the message so that he is receiving all of your
documents, he will just recieve the one document that you attach to the
message.

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested.  Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis.

Hope this helps

Oh, I see what I did; I emailed from Word instead of Outlook.  Thanks for
the heads up.

Hi bb,

Well as long as you know what you did.  I don't.

In Word, if you select Send from the File menu, only the active document is
sent.
