Only getting first page of mail merge

I am trying to merge about 278 addresses I have done it all correctly however
I can only see the first page of the document I have no idea where the
remainder has gone it appears that word seems to be merging them all???

It's almost certain that you are not actually executing the merge, but just
printing a preview of the results.
