Hey there,

I am using Microsoft Word 2002. My employer wants me to create a letter
template and he wants to be able to tab from the receipients name and
address, to the senders name and details, without having to highlight
the details every time and having to 'save as'.

I understand there are such things called 'fields', however i am not
sure if that is what i need to use. If it is, I'm not sure how to use
it. :o)

If anyone can help me, i would appreciate it!

Cheers

Erin

Forgot to mention, my employer doesn't want to use tables either. He
just wants to tab from the different fields to insert the information.
But i am not sure how to create the fields.
