mail merge adress book problem

Since the beginning my xp doesn't merge address from provided address book
into word--even though I utilize wrks launcher. the data from my address
book does not merge into word document.

If you're using Works, please direct your question to a Works newsgroup. Mail
merge is handled differently in Works than in Word without Works.
