I am creating a mail merge label document that should be about 20 pages when
it prints ,but only one page is showing, even in preview.  how do I make my
document more than one page?

You need to execute the merge, either to the printer or a new document.  If
you are using Word XP, instead of using the Wizard (whose last step you have
not used), from the View menu, select Toolbars and check the Mail Merge item
and then use the buttons at the right hand end of the toolbar to execute
your merge.
