Use Windows XP -- MS Word -- Hewlitt Packard Printer: Prints name and address one time only for a single envelope. To print another envelope I only get wingdings (no names or addresses). Screen goes to a blank document page with cursor to type a message? I read HELP and searched the INDEX for a solution - no luck. How are you printing these envelopes? Just got new Dell computer but using same printer HP Deskjet 870Cse. Also installed Norton Systemworks so tried disabling it but get same problem. Click Envelopes - Set up required figurations - Click Apply then Print. It is difficult to see what is wrong from that explanation, but your new PC will have a different printer driver so check out its settings.
