I have a word document tied to an access database which has a Field "Printed"
which is either True or False. I would like word to check the Printed Field
and if it False then print the Form - and then convert the access Field to
False - so that it is not printed again.

Not even sure if this can be done - any ideas greatly accepted

You can use a Skip Record If field to check the value of the Printed field
(which will be -1) if it is a Yes/No field in Access and the record has been
printed.

Mailmerge in Word is however only a one-way affair, so there is no way,
using the mailmerge utility alone, to update the value in the Access field.
It can probably done via VBA using Mail Merge Events, but it may be a lot
simpler to do it in Access.

Hope this helps.
