I am making up a TAX receipt for 2005. The top half contains a id number, name
and address and a total amount donated.
How do I get the bottom half of the form to display exactly what is on the
top half.
Thanks
Either set it up as a form letter merge and copy and paste the top half to
the bottom half of the page
or
Set the document type to directory/catalog and have only the one copy on the
page.
