Word 2003. I am mail merging to a letter. The Access db query to which the
merge is tied delivers records sorted by sender (we have multiple senders
with multiple recipients in the db). I would like to detect when the sender
changes and place a divider page at the end of that sender's letters and
before the next senders letters. Any ideas on how to do this?
As a corollary, I want to produce address labels and would like to make sure
that I skip to a new sheet of labels when the sender changes (so two sender's
labels do not appear on the same sheet). Any way to do this? Thanks and God
bless.
