These may be newbie questions, but here goes:
1) Is there a way to view the locations of cells in a
table? For example, if you have a certain sized table and
you need formulas to calculate values from certain cells,
it's kind of tedious to count down/across to find which
one is D25.
2) How do you get a table in a document to have the
margins of the overall page? For example, if you change
the margins to 2.5 for the left and right, this client
wants the table wants it to match that automatically.
TIA,
Jason

Hi Jason,
Use the Table Cell Helper macro in the Macros8.dot or Macros9.dot template.
If you don't have them, you can download them from
http://www.mvps.org/word/Downloads/index.htm
Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested. Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis.
Hope this helps

Jason
First question - answer is NO
Second part - If you work in 2000 or later you can fit table to window, from table menu. This should use margin settings.
Hope that helps
