I am trying to find a formula to format into my Word
document, a phone number that is on an Access database
into something more than just numbers...example: (###)###-
####.  Can you help me?

Hi Bpage1@hotmail.com,

You can use a formatting switch in a mergefield, or an
expression in Access (as part of a query). you'll find
examples for both in the Mail Merge FAQ (formatting section)
on my website.
