Possible to insert a file into Word based on a mail merge field?

I'm doing a mail merge in Word, but want to insert another file that is
dependent upon a mail merge field. For example, I want to insert a picture
of a person, where the picture is saved using the person's name and that is
in the Excel file I'm using in the mail merge.
