Search and Replace Merge Fields

I want to search a series of Word documents for a specific mail merg
field and replace it for another field

e.g the filed: «Brk_name_street»  ({ MERGEFIELD Brk_name_street \
MERGEFORMAT })

needs to be replace by:

«Brk_name_street_no»  ({ MERGEFIELD Brk_name_street-no \* MERGEFORMA
})

in all documents

If you toggle the fields to show the construction, you can use the replace
function.
