We are having such difficulty utilizing mail merge with our Access database (address) files in order to run our regular real estate postcard  mailings. It is  grueling, sometimes it works & sometimes it  doesn't. It puts our computers in a coma!! Is it the Word program?? Where can I find the best source for help on this problem.  Is there some other easy mailing program that we could check out.  Our advertising program is suffering because of this.

Thanks so much for your immediate response!

HI Pat,

You do not make it clear what your problem is, but you might find it easier
to do it directly from Access.

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested.  Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis.

Hope this helps
