I need to do a mailmerge containing data from 4 worksheets from 1 spreadsheet
document.  How do I select all 4 worksheets in order to merge the data?

Word can only use a single, flat datasource for mailmerge.  You will have to
add a 5th worksheet to the file on which to bring together in the one place
all of the required information from the other four sheets.

Since you don't describe any details on how the data is (or might be related)
it's hard to say, but you might see if this article helps
