An icon for sorting a table on mail merge toolbar.

When setting up a mail merge document I would like to click on an icon on the
toolbar to enable me to sort the data according to the field that I choose. I
may need to change my choice i.e. from name to postcode order. At present I
have to go through the whole mailmerge process to achieve this.

This function already exists. Click the mail merge recipients button on the
mail merge toolbar and click the column head of the column you want to sort
by. Then re-merge.
