Fields codes

When I add to my document in the down title a filed like filename & path I
get with the content, the name of the field with brackets like this
{FILENAME} when I set the fields codes in the present tab in the option under
the tools in the menu it is don’t help what I need to do I working with
office 2000.

I don’t found solution to my problem.
Can you focus me to reach the answer?

To get the filename including the path in the footer of the document, at the
location where you want it to appear, press Ctrl+F9 which will insert a pair
of field delimiters

{ }

inside them type

FILENAME \p

so that you have

{ FILENAME \p }

Then press Alt+F9 to toggle off the display of the field codes.
