I am using Windows XP and Office 2003. When I try to do a mail merge in Word,
the data source type EMAIL MESSAGES is grayed out. Can someone help me fix
this.
I think that you mean the mail merge main document type of E-mail messages,
not the data source type.
Do you have a mail program installed?
If you create a formletter type mailmerge, can you execute that to E-mail.
It is probably a better option anyway.
