MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / March 2006Mail Merge Problem
A space keeps inputing itself in the mail merge address block before the name. Why? And how can I stop this? Don't use the address block. Just insert the merge fields that you want to use in the configuration that you want them.  SignatureHope this helps.
