create new mailing labels with names & addres from exsisting docum

I have created a mailing label document with over 700 names and addresses. I
would like to remove some of those names and addresses to a new mailing label
document with out retyping all the names etc. over.

http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_labels_with_word_xp.htm after you have
deleted the unwanted names from the list.
