Page Borders / Labels

When I perform a mail merge for labels and chose change document layout and
select 5160 as my label option . a blank page comes up this page used to
label template with 3 lables in borders going across and 10 going down. I
want to be able to see the border and shading. I tried right clicking and
applying border and shading but when I print out my labels it is also
printing the borders.

From the tables menu, select Show gridlines
