How can I delete more than one page.... - 30 Mar 2006 23:11 GMT
I did a mail merge on word that consists of 4 pages and 360 records.  On the
last page(4) of a few recored there is no information basically it's blank.
Is there any way that I can some how delete all the recoreds that are blank?

Use a Skip Record If... field in the mail merge main document to check for
the existence of data in an appropriate field in the records.
