I created mailing labels in Word 2003 that I need to send via email to our
newsletter editor to mail the newsletter. She only gets the first page,
because the data source is not on her computer. I know people do this; how
do I provide her with the Word file that contains all of the labels?
P.S. On my computer, the Word file says page 1/1, but when I print, I get
all 7 pages....

Merge to a new document and send the document.
Word breaks a mail merge to labels by sections at each page break so each
page will be page 1 of that section.
