MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / December 2007I need to print multiple different lables (375) in word help!
After following all instructions i have no clue? I need to print onto 375 different labels a seperate address on each one, but when I select my list from access, when previewing them it only shows one sheet full of labels in word, where has the rest of my mailing list gone? please help! Previewing your labels only ever shows you one page. You need to "complete the merge" - if you are using the Mail merge Wizard in Word 2002/3, follow the task panes to the end - you either end up printing /from the task pane/ (not from File|Print) or merging to a new document which you can then print. I have read other replys and one said somitheing about insert feilds in a dialogue box. Is this the first lable or something else?
