Mail merge w/ tractor feed skips 2 labels between every 12

This is my first attempt to use Word 2003 mail merge with XP. The old Epson
dot printer skips 2 labels after every 12. I've tried adjusting printer
properties and page setup without success. The final merge preview window
shows 11 address on the left and 1 on the right. It will print all the labels
in the database but it will waste 100's of blank ones.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Look for a dip switch on the printer that controls whether or not it skips
perforations or something like that. I am not sure what you mean by 11
labels on the left and 1 (one) on the right, or was that a typo?
