I am using a sheet that has multiple columns and it comes over into Excel as
a single column when I am using a TIF image. I would like for it to come
over as it is on the sheet.

Are you saying that you want an image of a spreadsheet to be imported as an
actual spreadsheet? If so that is not possible. If not, can you explain the
issue - or better still ask your questions in an Excel - this one is for
Word mail merge?

In addition to Graham's points...
I think the only way you will manage to convert a TIF image with spreadsheet
data into an actual spreadsheet is to use an OCR program that can recognise
tabular structure in the TIF.
