When I try to paste into columns the Edit > Paste Columns
function does not show up in the pull-down menu.

Any suggestions how I can get the Paste Columns to work?

Thanks,

Jack

Right mouse click where you want to put the column after
copying it and you will have "paste column" in that menu.

Jack, you can customize the Edit drop-down menu so that it
will have this command for you, as follows:
Tools>Customize>Commands>Categories/Edit
Scroll down under "Commands" and select "Paste Table".
Drag it to the Edit menu which will expand and then drop
it where you want it on the menu.
