Without doing a mail merge....I would like to print an
envelope with the info. I import from outlook
contacts....well I click on the address book in envelope
and choose the contact I need...well it never brings over
the company name....this bit of information is
important...any help on how to do this is greatly
appreciated....by the way i am using word 2000

Jule,
You will need to modify your AddressLayout AutoText entry.
Insert>AutoText>AutoText>AddressLayout>Insert
You will see something like this:
<PR_GIVEN_NAME> <PR_SURNAME>
<PR_POSTAL_ADDRESS>
Add
<PR_COMPANY_NAME>
Select the whole thing and press ALT+F3 and create an new AutoText entry
called AddressLayout.
