Can't get back from Full Screen

Somehow Word is stuck in Full Screen mode with no toolbars
or menus and I cannot access any menus. I can't get out
of full screen mode. I've tried shortcuts.

Is there anything I can do besides reinstalling?

It probably isn't really in Full Screen mode. Damage to the registry
can cause the menus and toolbars to disappear. See
http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/AppErrors/MissingMenusEtc.htm for a
cure.
