Does anyone know of any available program, upgrade,
feature, etc for an address book that is accessible by MS
Word, Outlook and Access? What would everyone recommend?
Thanks!

Outlook *is* an address book. Access can be used to *create* an address book
and both are compatible with Word.
Outlook is the obvious choice.

To expand a bit on Graham's answer:
Outlook contains an Addressbook: the Contacts list.
Word and other Office apps can communicate with Outlook's
address book to write letters, send email, etc.
This would NOT be true of an address book you'd create in
Access, unless you did quite a bit of VBA programming to
implement it.
