Greg,
Open your document template (the .dot file that you create documents from)
and apply your desired paragraph style. Save the template.

Hi...
I had a similar question. I'm trying to change
the "Default Paragraph Font" to Arial... instead of Times
New Roman. I tried modifying the style on Normal.Doc,
but it doesn't let you. Any thoughts?
