Every time I start Word (Works Suite 2000) it adds an EZP
(EZ Photo) button to the tool bar. So after 50 starts I
have 50 buttons. The kicker is I don't even have that
program installed on my computer. I can go to "More
Buttons" Add or Remove and reset to remove them but it
starts all over again. I've tried a reinstall to no avail.

Thanks,

Gene Earl

Hi Gene,

I think that this might be caused by the Microsoft Works Suite Add-in for
Word. If
you got Word as part of Works Suite but are running it freestanding (not
starting it from the Works Task Launcher) and don't intend to use a Works
database or address book as a data source for a Word mail merge, you will be
much better off uninstalling the add-in (through Control Panel | Add/Remove
Programs) because it causes a multitude of problems in Word. After you've
uninstalled the add-in, open Tools | Customize and, with the dialog open,
use the mouse to drag all but one of the Mail Merge items from the menu.

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested.  Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis.

Hope this helps
