maybe the styles have bad language settings (that is, Russian instead
of English, not a custom expletive dictionary / grammar set :-)

It could also be because the style or range of characters has some
sort of caps setting already in the fonts definition.

Just guesses mind you. You can always try a Maggie as well,
cuttenpaste everything except the last para mark to another document.
