missing menus

All my menu options have disappeared from Word 2000. All
toolbar options are gone as well. Unable to create new
file, edit existing or print. Have uninstalled and
reinstalled with no success. Right clicking in toolbar
area does not provide any options. Have searched Dell's
site and MS - can't find anything like this.

Any ideas??
