Where is this checkbox? There is a checkbox for
Autocorrect options, but I don't know where one is for
Autotext.

I think Steve was referring to the check box for using AutoComplete.

Hi Karyn,
Does this happen for all AutoText entries or just a few?
Are the AutoText entries for text or graphics?
Is the user utilizing global templates? Take a look under
Tools/Templates and Add-ins.

1. It happens for all autotext entries. It just started
not working. She was fine until last week.
2. They are all text autotext entries.
3. We do have workgroup templates that are shared, but
her autotext entries are stored on her PC in her
normal.dot. There aren't any autotext entries in any of
the workgroup templates.

Hi Karyn,
If you have global templates then that could account for the problem.
If there are identical AutoText entries in both Normal.dot and a
global template then AutoComplete tip will not display.
Go to Insert/AutoText/AutoText and change the "Look in" list to filter
the AutoText entries in the available templates and see if there are
any duplicate entries.
