I have several documents (8 out of 10) that when I open
and make changes, I want to "save as" to keep the original
intact. When I go to File, there is no option to save as.
There is a save, and a save as web page, but no save as
selection is shown. I am using Office XP. Is there
something in the formatting? I've looked at the edit
option, and don't see anything there.

Thanks for your assistance,

Mike

do not multi-post; your first question was asked only an hour earlier).

You might have "Personalized Menus" enabled, to turn off this feature, go to
Tools > Customize > Options (Tab) (check or tick "Always show full menus")
