I have a customer who wants to insert addresses directly
into his word doc in Office 2k I have successfully set up
the autotext configuration described here:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;212345&Product=ofw2k

The issue is that this method does not show suffix or
middle initial which is important to him is his line of
business. Anyone have a method of doing this?

Thanks in advance

Isn't a mail merge what you want to do?

Not using that method. The only possibility is to use mail merge initiated
from within Outlook.
