Does anyone know which file holds the keyboard commands in
the Office programs? I'd like to back them up so I don't
have to keep setting them up when I have to re-install
Word, for instance.

Keyboard shortcuts can be saved in templates or documents. They will be
saved in normal.dot unless you designate some other file.
