taskbar is shown on top

sir,

what is the reason that taskbar and starup is shown on
the top of the screen even icons shown on the screen are
inverted. mouth is also working invertedly. kindly advice.

Do you mean the *windows* task bar? This can be placed at any edge of the
screen. If the taskbar is locked (Windows XP) unlock then drag the taskbar
back to the bottom - if that's where you want it.
