whenever i want any help from the word document, iam
unable to view the letters properly as the letters are
very tiny.
Checked the resolution , it is 800*600
i have a updated VGA card.

I am unable to narrow down the issue.
any help will be appreciated.

Unfortunately, Word 2000 and above uses HTML Help, and the setting for text
size must be made in your Web browser (yes, I know this is stupid). So
you'll need to fire up Internet Explorer or Netscape or whatever, choose
View | Text Size, and change it to something larger. If by chance this is an
earlier version of Word, there is a text size selection option within Help.
I don't remember exactly which menu it's on, but try all the menus in the
Help dialog till you find it!
