Can anyone tell me how to change the default units on the
Word 2002 rulers from "ch" to something more useful, like
mm.  I've been using Word for over 10 years and this one's
got me stumped (options/general/measurement units... won't
do it).  I'd also appreciate it if someone could identify
what a "ch" is (character? - not much use if you don't use
fixed point fonts!).
