I think my brother messed up my whole Microsoft Words
2003. Toolbars are not in orders and my paper format are
messed up. How do I reset the whole thing to original
position like NEW?

Michael,

Your system is not displaying hidden or system files. See the section
"Before Starting Word" here:

http://www.gmayor.com/what_to_do_when_word_crashes.htm

It explains how to get the system to show hidden files.
