I haved a newly installed version of Office 2003. In
Word, I use the preinstalled autotext entries in headers
and footers. For some reason, all of the preinstalled
autotext entries have disappeared. Does anyone know how
to restore the preinstalled autotext entries?
If the pre-installed entries have disappeared, this is usually a result of
saving a blank document over normal.dot. Rename normal.dot to oldnormal.dot
and let Word restore a default template c/w the autotexts.

Or, the style where the user is trying to use them has been changed to
something other than "Header" or "Footer." AutoText entries in the toolbar
are style-specific.
