I am upgrading to Office 2003 and want to make sure my
macros, toolbar buttons, styles, autotext etc are saved
and not wiped when I upgrade as they took a long time to
make.  How do I save them?

Also, other than templates, what else might I lose when I
upgrade?

Thanx

See the link Dayo recommended and backup the files, but note that if you
upggrade your existing installation, most if not all of your
personalisations should be preserved.
