View - toolbars - place a check mark next to "Standard and
Formatting" that should get you going. If this doesn't
work try Paul's suggestions.

This is not a help desk, you must come back here for your replies

Like the hundreds of others who have written in with this same problem, you
have a minor registry corruption. See
